We can provide various payment modes as per followings:

  1. 1. Direct bank transfer :   Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
  2. 2. Cheque payments :  Please send a cheque to Purikool Pte Ltd (3 Ang Mo Kio Street 62, #03-31 Link@AMK Singapore 569139).
  3. 3. Cash on delivery :
    Pay with cash(cheque)/Credit Card 0% interest installment plan upon delivery.
       DBS/POSB/OCBC Credit Card : 6/12 months
       Standard Chartered Credit Card: 6/12/24 months
       Requires a minimum purchase of $500 for installment plan
    * You must write down a comments at “Order Notes” upon checkout if you want to use credit card installment plan. because we need to bring the machine along with our Installer. 
    * Please take a note that if you require to deliver more logner than 1 weeks, we might require 10% ~ 50% deposit for COD mode up to waiting period.

 

  1. 4. Paypal : Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
    Apologize that Paypal payment is unable to use temporary, we will recover back as soon as possible]_1/April/2020
  2. 5. Debit / Credit Card Payment : Pay with your debit or credit card via Stripe.

We will promise you to extend more wide payment mode continuously.

Yes, it is possible but we need to verify the model name and filter style first.
If it is available, we suggest to do one time service first like changing all filters and steaming cleaning as well.
After that, you can purchase our ECS(Maintenance package) service if you satisfied our service.

If the hot water lamp was disappear suddenly, it might happened the electricity shut down or power off and on.

Yes, it is possbile but we need to check and advise you.
If you want to know the possibilty, please take some photos and send us by whatsapp via 90083265.
After that, we will advise you. if you couldn’t verify, our technician will do a site survey for free of charge.

The standard installation

1. Tank type model (Puri classic, smart, sense, flash & commercial)
    1 x water point (within 5metre) & 1 x power point (within 2metre).
► Water Pressure (1.0kg/cm2 ~ 5kg/cm2), water temp (5 ~ 35°C)

2. Tankless model (Puri Jiksoo)
   1 x water point (within 5 metre), 1 x water outlet point (within 5 metre) and 1 x power point (within 2metre)
► Water Pressure (1.5kg/cm2 ~ 7kg/cm2), water temp (5 ~ 35°C)

3. If needed, we provide to drill a hole for kitchen top and cabinet partitions.
(Except the natural marble, granite and concrete top or wall are subject to extra charge)

2. Tankless model (Puri Jiksoo)
a water point (within 5 metre), a water outlet (within 5 metre) and power point (within 1.5metre)
* water pressure (1.5kg/cm2 ~ 7kg/cm2)

If you are not sure, please send some photos of your kitchen area or dispenser placed area to us (via whataspp 9008-3265) our technician will advise you as soon as we can.

We also provide free site survey if needed.

If you move to new place, please contact our customer care service team(6909 – 5616) to assist you.

There are 3 options as per followings:

Option A. Dismantled from existing house, Deliver to new place and re-install back on same day : $100

Option B. Just re-install back at your new place : $80

Option C. Dismantle only : $40 (Keep the existing unit at your place)

  1. Re-install back at your new place on the other day : $80
  2. Total : $120

* All price is not included an extra spare parts.
